Grade – Sr. Mgr/ AGM (on fitment)
Reports to – CHRO
MBA(Must*) with minimum 10+ yrs of Corporate HR / Regional/Zonal HRBP experience.

Responsible for managing the Sales & Service function of the org. as a Business HR (Based at HO)
Talent & Stakeholder Management
Employee Lifecycle Management(Hire to Retire)
HR Operations & Business Partnering
Devising Variable pay structure / incentives for the Sales Team
Performance Appraisals
Employee Relations & Engagement
Sales Capability Development
Data Analysis & Reporting
