Position: Assistant Manager Administration
Location: Jaipur, Jana Small Finance Bank Limited
Experience: Both Experienced and Freshers can apply
Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Office Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of office processes and procedures, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
MS Office Proficiency: Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
Facilities Management: Coordinate with facility management teams for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, contracts, and documentation.
Support Services: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
