Hi, Hiring for Payroll Processing, Asst. Manager/Manager for leading manufacturing group.

Exp- 4-6 years of total experience of which 5 years should be in Payroll management through SAP
Educational Qualifications / Technical Training/ Certifications- Graduate, preferably in Commerce, Knowledge of payroll & all type of payroll compliances
Location: Jaipur Corp. office
Salary range-10 Lpa

JOB PURPOSE- To prepare salary and settle F&F as per compliance norms to ensure timely & correct payments to employees.

Responsibilities:
·Collect & validate the data from all plants, branch offices & individuals
·Prepare BDC (Batch Data Communication) for upload recurring payments & deductions in SAP payroll
·Process the payroll
·Prepare bank wise payment sheet & other payment documents in hard copy and soft copy format to send the salary in the bank
Create position in SAP payroll for hiring, transfer & promotion of employees
·Update SAP payroll program according to the developments & changes
·Execute annual Bonus work – monthly provision, bonus preparation as per Act & payment
·Execute superannuation payment & reconciliation work
·Understand the government rules & meet the compliance for the following – TDS, TDS Returns, ESI, PF, P.Tax , Perks, Form16
·Collect & get clearance on employee F&F from all departments
·Calculate notice period recovery & prepare Gratuity Claim
Prepare payment & coordinate with ICG & finance dept.
·Prepare MIS report & share monthly with the management
·Compare budgeted data & actual data
·Reconcile  SAP GL codes & vendors account
·Prepare data for various types of Audit teams departments/ seniors as & when required
