Seeking AVP with expertise in Residential Real Estate Projects for our Goa location. Responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery of residential projects.

Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of residential projects.
Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards for residential developments.
Engage stakeholders including landowners, investors, and homebuyers.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in residential real estate project management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of residential real estate regulations and market trends in Goa.
