Looking for candidates with below mentioned skills & experience:
– 15+ years of experience across the entire spectrum of HR with considerable experience in the B2B2C space.
– The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in providing strategic direction to the HR function and has spearheaded initiatives across change management, employee engagement, talent acquisition/development, HR operations & compliance.
– Worked closely & influenced key senior stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
– Possesses a Master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources
