– Extensive knowledge of leasing processes, property negotiations, and contract management.
– Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and close deals.
– Ability to work independently with a proactive and hands-on approach.
– Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes in the co-working sector.
– Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and driving occupancy rates.
