Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Human Resources (a plus!).
-Possess a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) designation from a recognized Society for Training and Development (highly preferred).
-BICS Certification.Completed coursework in commercial cleaning and building maintenance (a strong advantage).
-Have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a professional trainer with a proven track record of creating and delivering impactful training programs.
-Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
