I am looking for a HR Head for a Delhi NCR based MFI NBFC . MBA with 15 – 20 years work experience in the field of MFI / NBF/ Retail Organization with min 2000 employees as on date may be right fit. Person will be responsible for End to End HR (Talent Acquisitions, Compliance, HR Operations, Business Partnering, Employee Engagement. Training & Development etc.).
