Position: Sr. Civil Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in building construction for our team. Responsibilities include overseeing construction, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design:
– Develop project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
– Design building structures and collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers.

Construction Management:
– Supervise on-site construction activities.
– Ensure safety and building code compliance.
– Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Technical Analysis:
– Conduct site inspections and assess project feasibility.
– Analyze data for effective project planning.
– Use CAD software for blueprints and technical drawings.

Quality Assurance:
– Implement quality control measures.
– Perform regular inspections and resolve construction issues.

Documentation and Reporting:
– Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to clients and management.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
– Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in building construction.
– Proficient in CAD software.
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
– Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
