Job Profile:
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract candidates for corporate roles.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and position requirements.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company as an employer of choice.
