Role Overview:The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MFL is both challenging and rewarding. Role Requirements:

Education Qualification: Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management

1. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the NBFC/BFSI sector.
2. Proven track record in full-lifecycle recruiting and hiring processes.
3. Strong understanding of employer branding concepts and strategies.
4. Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
