Role overview
• The Workplace Security Program Manager will support the Global Workplace Security Manager with the management of BAU and is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Atlassian’s offices and assets.
• This role involves overseeing security staff and vendors to liaising with facilities management and external partners.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, incident and emergency response, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders such as Atlassian’s, physical and electronic security vendors, security guards & JLL staff.
• Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Lead the response to security incidents and emergencies.

Minimum requirements.
• 5 years’ experience managing a corporate security workforce.
• Expertise in developing and leading teams, training and ensuring compliance.
• Experience with access control platforms such as Gallagher and CCTV systems such as Avigilon.
• You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, environments and are innovative, creative, and like to experiment.
• You have experience in stakeholder management, are a strong collaborator, and are a skilled communicator

Location – Bangalore.
Annual CTC – 14 LPA.
Contract duration – 1 years ( extension and conversion based on performance).
NP – Immediate to 15 days. ( Max can go for 1 Month).
