Broad Responsibilities :
Build a high performance organization and implement a comprehensive performance management strategy , including process flows, developing the right capabilities and integrating systems and tools across the process.

Design and execute Talent reviews, succession planning framework

Design and integration of Zepto behaviours across the various people process and how people operate on a day to day basis.
