A short note on availing these privileges:-

  • It is essential to carry the Membership Id Card for availing the said benefits.
  • The Membership Id Card can be downloaded by paying a one-time nominal fee of INR 100.
  • Immediate Family Members need to carry the Membership ID Card along with the relevant proof of relationship (PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter Id Card or any document explaining the proof of relationship).
  • There could be a possibility of privileges beyond the privileges mentioned below but those will be solely at the discretion of the Hospital’s Management only.
