Job Description

AM/DM Level , Role Facility Manager
Department : Administration
Location : Srinagar (J&K)
Reporting : AVP-Administration

Risk Assessments, Security Service Vendor Selection and Due Diligence, Asset Protection.
Pilferage Tracking, lost & found set up
 Ensuring fire & Safety operations by regularly checking Smoke & heat detectors. Fire
extinguishers are Monthly checked for damage & expiration.
 Fire mock drills is organized in every quarter. Health & Safety committee remains the part
of the training & they are briefed on fire safety & Evacuation
 Site logistics -Ensure Site logistics properly supervised including IT services
 Maintenance of all company vehicles, Vehicle & Driver Management, parking management
 Ensure QRT & Safety compliance and Drills on regular intervals
 IT -Laptop/desktop issuance & record , Wireless Handsets, Telephone, EPBX System, LAN
Management etc
 Travel Management -Managing Travel arrangements
 Vendor Management – Ensuring negotiation and timely reviews with vendors & service
providers for achieving best services levels at optimum cost.
 SOP- Formulating/reviewing and adhering SOP’s for Administration/ Asset Management &
other administration related
 Conceptualizing various administration procedures & policies for smooth & effective
running of the facility function across the units/offices
 Expense Management -Manage day to day admin expenses and adhere to all statutory
obligations within timelines PAN India level
 Assist in Registration /Renewal of licenses & Agreements
 Compliance & Liaison Adherence -Liaising with Govt. authorities for various statutory
compliances of offices & other facilities & buildings of organization, Fire authorities /Labor
Commissioner /Shop and Establishment renewal and registration /Pollution Deptt, NOC
Building, Water, Electricity board other relevant bodies as required

 Data Management -Maintain Data, Asset list & vendor record, documentation for service
Record for all equipment/Contract labor statutory compliance requirements are in place
 Ensure daily/monthly & yearly MIS reports required by the management are prepared in an
appropriate form and on a timely basis
 Maintain MIS reports, SLA & SOPs, service, purchase requests & orders, maintenance log
to maintain operational efficiency
 To Educate, motivate, and train administrative staff as per service standards -PAN India
