Reporting to: Head of Asset Management, India

Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s and /or Master’s degree
· 5-8 years’ relevant experience in acquisition and/or asset management, in one or more of the following industries: commercial real estate, investment banking, real estate lending, private equity, management consulting, investment advisory or similar.
· Ability to work independently and proactively to identify and advance transactions
· Candidates must have strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
