2. HR Processes/ Employee Attendance Data / Payroll/ Labor compliances/ PF & ESI/PT/LWF
3. Manage HR data (Leaves, attendance, Managing TDS, payroll, performance management etc) in any Payroll software.
4. Oversee the entire payroll process for employees and ensure 100% compliance to all employee regulations and law.
5 Resolve issues and answer payroll-related queries with stakeholders
6. Liaise with stakeholders and manage payroll. Collaborate with accounting teams for timely disbursement of Pay-outs
