– Manpower Management,
– Framing Competency mapping, KRA and KPI,
– Training & Development,
– Employee Engagement,
– Preparation & readiness of Systems Audit Documents.
– Payroll processing and Administrative functions.
– Statutory Compliances (EPF and ESI Challan, Maintaining all Registers, Submission of all Returns, Renewal of Factory License, Amendment in Building Layout Plan, Inspection, RC under CLRA, Fire NOC, Pollution Consent and Govt. Liaison etc).
– Shop floor performance management (5s, Kaizen, Quality Circle and TPM)
