Job Description

Hiring Assistant manager / Manager HR Generalist (LOCATION GURGAON)

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Address employee concerns and conduct investigations, as necessary. Assist in resolving employee conflicts and facilitate effective communication between employees and management. Monitor and maintain employee satisfaction, and recommend initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale. Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Identify training and development needs and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver appropriate programs. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Assist in the annual benefits renewal process and evaluate plan options. Support the annual salary review process and ensure compliance with compensation policies and guidelines. HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements. Communicate HR policies and programs to employees and provide training as needed. Qualifications and Requirements: bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. Sound knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
