a. Day-to-day Vendor operations within the assigned Cluster.
b. Build, improve, and maintain relationships with clients; develop & retain Vendor Personnel; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to run the account effectively;
c. Meet or exceed cost-saving/efficiency & operational goals while providing exceptional customer service;
d. Maintain or oversee the maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for Vendor Personnel and provide an after-hour emergency response as required.
