Salary Range- Up to 30 – 40K
Working Days -Monday to Saturday (8.5
hrs for Female)
Job Purpose
The role involves managing all the HR practices followed
within the factory of our organization. Need to check with the Compliance of Labor laws with the industry standards. Also need to facilitate with the employee and the organization to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization and Labour Relations.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage the basics of HR operations& Employee
Lifecycle.
·Manage employee relations issues, including
conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
·Exit interviews and Full & Final Settlement
·Coordination for Payroll , Time office and
attendance management
·Coordination for PMS·
Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
·Maintaining and regularly updating master
database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
·Resolving grievances or queries that any of the
employees have
·Preparing all type of Letters·
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to
understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
·Ensure compliance with PF Act, ESI, Gratuity,
and other statutory requirements
·Provide guidance and support to employees on HR
policies and Procedure
·Coordinate training and development programs for
Staff
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to employees and their personal data
Qualifications:
·At least 2-5 years within a manufacturing & Plant Experience
·Strong knowledge of HR Operations.
·Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
problem-solving skills
·Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information
Systems) and MS Office application
·Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic
plant environment.
