Urgently looking for a Facility Manager (Soft services)

Location – Gurgaon
Industry – Corporate

Expectation from candidate:

1.Good communication skills
2.Working experience in Facility Management specially Housekeeping
3.Understanding of Technical equipments like Gensets, air conditioner, etc
4.Should be able to coordinate with the building authorities for building related matters
5.Conducting compliance audits and ISO audits on behalf of clients.
6.Able to lead, guide and motivate for Entry level & Middle level staff.
7.Maintaining relationship with quality vendors that they are reliable and cost effective.
8.Make Daily Reports of Attendance, Consumable Report, and Incident Report & Clients Meeting Tracker.

Qualification Ctriterea-

Education – Post Graduate atleast (MBA preferable).
Age – upto 45

1.The person needs to have excellent communication skills, experience in working with a very young and demanding set of employees, having the ability to navigate in unknown circumstances and situations, and needs to connect well with the employees.
2.A very smart, energetic person who is capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed.
