Allocate facility requests to relevant teams and ensure timely closure
– Maintain the functionality of the VMS tool and report any malfunctions
– Address inquiries related to Front Office/Facilities
– Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
– Coordinate with the team to ensure pending activities are completed, notifying the FM for necessary support
– Handle and redirect incoming calls as needed
– Assist in other facility-related tasks as part of client deliverables
