Native has been exclusively mandated to hire a Head Indirect Procurement for a leading multinational company which caters to the Chemical sector.

An ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

1) 10 to 15 years of experience in managing end-to-end indirect procurement of at least 500 to 600 crores is necessary.

2) An individual who can collaborate with both the Indian and the Global teams is a must and an ability to work in a global matrix structure is a key requirement.

3) Someone who is an adept at implementing cost saving strategies in procurement while adhering to purchasing compliance will be preferred.

4) Qualities like independent decision making and collaboration with global category managers will be paramount.
