Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Human Resources to lead our dynamic team in Gurgaon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, driving organizational development, and overseeing all aspects of HR functions.
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring a strong focus on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
– Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and mentorship while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
– Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
– Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs, and develop effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.
– Drive the implementation of robust HR policies,
– Proactively address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company policies.
– Stay abreast of industry best practices and evolving
HR trends, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our HR initiatives and practices.
– Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
– Proven track record of more than 15 years in HR leadership roles, with a focus on Retail industry experience.
– Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, startup environment, showcasing the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive organizational change.
– Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance at all levels.
– Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
– Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR strategies and actions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and fostering collaboration across the organization.
