ER – Disciplinary Action Management
Responsible for investigation of complaint received for workplace harassment and POSH.
Report the case to management and committee member with details investigation report.
Sending show cause notices to employees and alleged person and preparing the report for submission to committee for their review and final closure.
Preparing and sharing dashboard with all stakeholders for letting them know on cases reported for region and department.
Audit Management & HR Ops
Monitor Audit with internal Audit team for payroll, FNF & statutory compliance.
Ensure to close audit on time with 100% accuracy for payroll HR Process with external audit team.
Payroll Processing for 10-12k employees and disbursement of salary for PAN India.
Handling tax report and co-ordination with finance for various report and challan processing.
