Role: HR Shared Service (APAC) + Global HR
Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Gurgaon

What You’ll Do:
Global HR Intranet Management: Assist in the review and upkeep of Global HR intranet (iShare) pages and other shared drives to ensure accurate policy and document management.
Policy Coordination: Oversee the annual policy review process and other necessary policy updates, supporting local HR teams with guidance and ensuring timely completion.
International Collaboration: Work closely with local HR teams across the international region to ensure policy updates, such as employee privacy notifications, are accurately reflected in new joiner paperwork.

Experience in HR shared services or global HR roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with international HR teams.
