· Employee Engagement, Grievance handling and Support
· Able to interact and have good relationship with business Teams
· Attrition Analysis / Dashboard / HR Metrics / Reporting
· Hiring (minimal, but should be aware of the aspects/process)
· Exposure to SAP SuccessFactor (should have done implementation : Mandatory) and succession planning.
