Location – Hansalpur, Gujarat.

Job Description

1. Legal and Statutory Compliance Management:
Candidate should have experience of handling in-house Statutory and Legal Compliance Management Software in manufacturing/automotive plant environment. Candidate have to co-ordinate with different production verticals and shops to ensure strict compliance of applicable Compliances through on site Audit of the Compliances.

2. Candidate shall conduct legal research and advising of compliance and policy related matters.
1. Contract Management and Legal documentation:
i. Candidate should have ample experience in management of contract life cycle from drafting, vetting, review and negotiation of all sorts of Contracts, Bank guarantee, Terms & Conditions, International Commercial Contract/Agreements, Engagement Letters, Letter of Comfort, Memorandum of Understanding, Indemnity Bonds, etc.
ii. Mapping risks and liabilities for appropriate contracts.
iii. Working on Contract Management Software.

2. Litigation:
i Candidate shall deal with all sorts of legal dispute that may arise in the conduct of business and provide legal opinions to minimize liability to businesses.
ii Candidate shall handle all civil, criminal, labour & arbitration matters independently which may include briefing counsels, co-ordinating with external counsels, preparation of research notes, devising strategy, monitor progress, follow up on ongoing development and brief seniors and management.
iii Candidate shall have experience of handling Competition Law related matters.
