Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Manager of Administration to lead the administrative functions for 1 Point 1 Solutions.
As the Manager of Administration, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes to support our BPO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management.
2. Facility Management. 3. Vendor management. 4. Compliances.
5. Resource Allocation.
6. Budgeting and Cost Control 7, Process improvements 8. Employee Support.
9. Emergency response. 10. Reporting.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
– Proven experience in administration and team management, ideally ina BPO or similar service industry.
– Strong knowledge of facility management, budgeting, and compliance.
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Effective communication and leadership abilities.
– Proficiency in using office software and tools.
– Hands on person who will not hesitate in taking ownership of all issues of facility, experience in HVAC, Electrical and Civil maintenance will be an added advantage, though not a must for a willing learner.
