Reporting Manager – Chief Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management and employee, manager and leadership learning and development.
• Identify training and development needs, design and deliver development programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to build employee capabilities and support career progression.
• Actively contribute to the implementation of learning curriculum and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward-looking organizational needs, employee development plans and individual line of business objectives.
• Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, to drive a high-performance culture and support employee growth and development.
• Facilitate effective internal communication to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Promote a positive organizational culture through various employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify workforce needs, talent gaps, and succession planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals.
• Conduct culture audits and work on Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives to continuously improve and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources
• 8-10 years of experience in talent management & employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
