The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the hospitality sector and a passion for driving projects from conception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of hotel development and renovation projects.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Implement best practices in project management to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale hotel development and renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
