Michael Page is working with a prominent pharmaceutical player in India to hire a property manager for the personal residences of the promoters. This role is based in Mumbai.

The candidates must have –

1. At least 10 to 12 years of experience managing person residences
2. Contract negotiation experience
3. Experience with managing technical and soft services
4. Experience with managing project work, accounts and expenses

Having an engineering/technical background is preferred.
