Responsibility:
Manage Pan India Employee Lifecycle – Conceptualize & Execute Audits, Onboarding, Induction, Employee Benefits, Annual Appraisals, RnR, Policy formation, Employee Exit, etc
Eligibility:
1. Female candidates with 10-15 years of experience as HRBP or Strategic HR role
2. Hands-on experience on any HRMS (e.g. Darwin Box) is a must
3. Should have excellent Excel & PPT skills
