Senior Manager – Mall Operations (12-15 years of work experience independently handling facility/ ies not less than 1 lakh sq.m). Accountable for managing min 150-200 agency staff along with a direct team of 4-5 executives.
Hands-on experience in housekeeping, horticulture, pest control, waste management, food court (pantry services) management, facade cleaning. Indepth knowledge on the materials and services
Experience of 3-4 years in developing and managing budgets is preferred.
