Job profile:
Review resumes, portfolios, and online profiles to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements
Sourcing candidates by utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide necessary logistics support and ensure a smooth interview process for all parties involved.
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status and addressing any inquiries or feedback promptly.
