Role : Payroll & Compliance Support
Exp. : 4 – 5 years of experience (handled HR Ops., onboardings and payroll)
CTC : Upto 10 Lacs
Qualification : MBA HR (preference regular Degree).
Must have : Hands on exposure on DB system (SAP HRMS optional) & Good Communication skills
Job Description :
a) Onbaording & Induction (10%)
– Completion of Employee Hirings in DB
– Conducting Induction sessions on DB & Utilitites.
b) Attendance and Leave Management (25%)
– Attendance and leave inputs for processing payroll for Pan India employees.
c) Employee Communications (10%)
– Managing all employee communications incl KYC through Central Mail id.
– HR SPOC for all system related queries and resolutions along with issuance of life cycle correspondances.
d) Confirmation Process (20%) – Publish Confirmation Tracker, and reminder email’s and ensure timely confirmation of all eligible employees.
e) Central Documentation – HRMS (20%)
– Issue appointment letters PAN India after completion of joining formalities.
– Ensuring all AL Acceptance and other mandatory document upload in HRMS profile.
– Responsible for correct employee master database in Db system.
– Provide Monthly MIS to all stakeholders. Manpower Cost Data – Monthly, Adhoc reports.
f) Payroll & Compliances (10%) – Ensure DB is updated real time with all compensation related changes and share Statutory inputs for return filing.
g) New Joinee Insurance Data (5%) – Ensure Google sheet for dependent details & monthly addition & deletion list is updated timely and sent to Insurance team.
