– Back ground verification check on On grid(Pre & Post for all).
2) Onboarding :
– Pre & Post Background verification check on On grid with Central team.
– Email ID, Employee Code, CRM ID, Darwin, ID & Visiting Card Creation
Providing Appointment letter (Coordination with Payroll team).
– Maintaining End to End Documentation, Evaluation and examination of
documents and piling it.
– Sending of onboarding emailer on the day of Joining.
3) Induction :
– Planning of Induction and Coordination with Reporting Manager.
– Planning of Factory Visit
– Following up on Pendencies.
4) Mediclaim :
– Checking the enrolment for the employees
– Sharing its details in Payroll input for deductions
– Sharing the Mediclaim data to team for medical enrolments.
5) Misc Task :
– Data Management
– Darwin Clearance like RM changes etc
– Follow-ups on Different Task.
