Mamaearth is growing and we’re looking for Talent Acquisition Professionals to join our HR team! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, planning interviews, and hosting career events.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determining selection criteria, and leading employer branding initiatives.

If you have proven work experience in a similar role, familiarity with social media and professional networks, hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, we want to hear from you!
