Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner.
Responsible for multiple site operation (Soft Services- like housekeeping, pantry etc..)
Additionally, they will be responsible for sourcing an appropriate number of personnel as needed.
Knowledge of billing, invoicing and contracts management.
Serve as the key liaison to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience either in soft services support operations management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good Knowlege of Computer skills
