Manage vendors and kept a track of cycle of all equipment maintenance contracts, AMCs etc.
Manage vendors and staff, liaising with the vendor supervisors and management to get the best services, invoicing, measuring SLAs.
Manage supply and inventory of consumables, housekeeping materials, stationery, billing, invoicing, payments.
Ensure compliance with labour regulations, ESI, PF etc.
Manage all records and documents for facilities, inventory management, vendor management.
Ensure smooth processing of bills, client Invoicing and payments follow‐ups.
Prepare costing statements & salary break ups as per clients approved costing.
Timely updated minimum wage notification as per Govt prescribed rules and communicated the same with concerned departments and clients.
Coordinate with different departments regarding any changes and queries in the contracts, salary revisions and accordingly updated costing sheets for timely salary, arrear, bonus & paid leaves to the employees post clients approval.
Prepare client quotations, new proposals for fresh as well as contract renewal for existing clients.
Imprest settlement of related Team members
Interacted with vendors for future planning and to resolve any related issues.
Coordinate with BM, central team, procurement team & finance team to timely supply material & services
Follow up of vendor payment from finance Team.
Help billing team for client invoicing.
Conduct client meetings for commercial discussions, and invoicing review.
