Job Description:
* International Air Travel Management.
* Supervise/Assist Domestic Air Travel.
* Coordination with the Accounts for Vendor Payment for Air Travel, Hotel Payments, Car
* Rental Payments and Conference Payments.
* Mumbai Guest House Inventory Management.
* Coordination with the in-house pool car division to economise Travel Cost.
* Travel Management for MD and Chairman.
* Providing of input/Feedback to HRD for new policies/system.
* Organising and negotiation of Residential conference Hotel Vendor, Car Rental vendor.
* Training the ravel team for New Products to economise Travel cost.
