Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for Soft Services to oversee operations across India. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, possess a pleasing personality, and excel in communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee soft service operations across multiple locations in India.
– Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
– Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery and efficiency.
– Train, motivate and coach a team of service professionals to achieve targets and maintain standards.
– Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
– Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
– Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in soft services management.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
– Willingness to travel as required.
