– Collaborating with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term mission and goals through various HR functions.
– Engaging with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
– Strong Organizational Development (OD) skills to effectively manage and enhance our company’s organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
– Extending the support on HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, training and development, rewards and recognition etc.
Looking for candidates with the below specifications –
– Between 12-18 years of work experience.
– Full time MBA in HR or an equivalent degree.
– Industry preference – B2B firms (Infrastructure, Roads and Highways, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Construction)
