We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager with a strong background in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a go getter with ownership mindset for overseeing all aspects of facility management while integrating sustainable practices and ESG initiatives into our operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Facility Management:
? Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
? Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility efficiency critical infrastructure and large estate management and performance.
? Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
? Client engagement. Carry out service delivery and measure overall performance through NPS score.
2. ESG Integration:
? Lead the integration of ESG principles into facility management practices.
? Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact, enhance social responsibility, and improve corporate governance within our facilities.
? Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement ESG initiatives aligned with company goals.
3. Sustainability Initiatives:
? Develop and manage sustainability programs to minimize resource consumption and waste generation.
? Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability goals and report on progress.
? Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainability to continuously improve our initiatives.
4. Vendor Management:
? Assist in selection and manage vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and improvement projects.
? Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to budgetary and quality standards.
? Evaluate vendor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Team Leadership:
? Supervise and mentor facility management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
? Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
? Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Desired Skills :
? Preferably though not restricted, ?Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, Hospitality or related field.
? Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on sustainability and ESG.
? Eye for detail and flexible and adaptable to new role and challenges.
? Demonstrated experience in leading and working with team on implementing sustainable practices for housekeeping, infrastructure, landscape, parking, food courts and recreational facilities management initiatives.
? Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
? Proficiency in project management and vendor negotiation.
? Relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, FM, etc.) preferred.
