Minimum of 9 yrs of overall experience
– At least 4 years in sales roles (either B2B or D2C or retail)
– High on Emotional Quotient
– At least 3 years experience in leading / managing sales teams
– Preferably from good education pedigree but not a mandate
– Someone who gets a kick out of targeting ambitious targets and going all out to achieve them
