1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
2. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in property management, preferably in a large-scale residential or mixed-use setting.
3. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
6. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in property management.
7. Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and solve problems effectively.
