Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Executive in New Delhi. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for executing all social media strategies. You will be coordinating with various teams to create and curate engaging social media content and manage all published social media content.
Key Responsibilities
• Creating a content calendar and posting regularly on all social media accounts of the brand.
• Coordinating with content and graphic teams for creatives.
• Identifying new opportunities for collaborations and executing them.
• Managing queries on all social media platforms.
• Executing influencer marketing campaigns
• Tracking social media metrics.
• Creating reels/videos for various Instagram and Youtube.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role with a personal care brand preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in creating engaging social media copy
• Knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms and metrics
• Ability to think creatively and analytically to develop effective social media strategies
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Hootsuite
• Experience in managing and executing social media campaigns and content calendars
• Passionate about sustainability and promoting environmentally-friendly practices
