As a Zonal Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of our operations within the designated zone. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, ensuring service excellence, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering high-quality facility management services.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Operational Management:*
– Lead and manage all operational activities within the zone, including facility maintenance, cleaning, security, and other services as required.
– Ensure adherence to established service standards, protocols, and operational procedures.
– Implement strategies to optimize resource utilization, improve efficiency, and minimize costs without compromising on service quality.
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
2. *Client Relationship Management:*
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within the zone, serving as the primary point of contact for any service-related inquiries or issues.
4. *Financial Management:*
– Develop and manage the annual budget for the zone, in alignment with overall company objectives and financial targets.
– Explore opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin enhancement within the zone.
5. *Health, Safety, and Compliance:*
– Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
– Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, ensure proper safety protocols are followed, and implement corrective measures as needed.
#Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering/B.Tech, Facilities Management. Technical Candidate will be preferred.
– Proven experience in a similar role within the facility management industry, with a track record of successful operational management and business development.
– Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of professionals.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
– Sound financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions.
– Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
