Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to top management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for CEO.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Handle routine office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and other task as and when required.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
